    Abit disappointed. I make reservation at 7.30pm and also purchase a voucher to have a dinner there celebrate with my boyfriend. Who know when we arrived, staff told me that only have a chef so waiting time at least 1 hours and above. I have gastric so i Not able to have my dinner so late ，So we decided to walk surrounding to search restaurant. We dun have plan B so the is only the way we can choose. But i purchase a voucher. Only can used in Monday to wed. I very worrying how to use this voucher as only 1 chef and After work rush to the restaurant still will facing same problem like this time.

    Here’s a spot that will liven up your Instagram feed. From the folks behind A Poke Theory, Alter Ego is the evil twin of the beloved healthy eating joint on Boon Tat street. Serving Poke Bowls till evening, and indulgent grub with booze afterward, everything on the menu screams #foodporn.

    The brunch menu is a sight to behold - featuring everything from decadent desserts to brunch staples with a twist. Artfully created thickshakes are available in a range of flavours - from peanut butter to matcha. The Matcha Maniac is particularly noteworthy for its lush green colour and generous serving of rich chantilly cream. If sugar isn’t your thing, the Pokecado Toast comes in the same lovely green shade, with velvety smashed avocado on sourdough topped with spiced roasted cashews and crispy tempura batter.

    Prefer some bubbly? The bar bites are as indulgent as poke is healthy. From Southern Fried Chicken Skin to local favourite Har Cheong Kai starting from just $4, you could be forgiven for wanting to try them all in one sitting. Their Happy Hour deals are pretty darn great as well - an array of $6 bottled beers and cold pints going from $10 and up.     "Leave your diets at the door. Opened by the same sibling duo that brought you A Poke Theory, the evil sister outlet Alter Ego takes on the same industrial-chic concept and gives it a darker twist on all fronts.
    Swing by during the day and you'll be served similar offerings to A Poke Theory, with their famed smoothie bowls and highly Instagrammable (and delicious) Hawaiian poke bowls they've become known for on Boon Tat Street. But by dusk, the restaurant does a complete 180 and takes on a darker persona as the menu dishes out sinful grubs such as their Loaded Taters ($13), which is loaded with jalapeno cheese sauce, maple-glazed bacon and sour cream; their Chilli Cheese Dog ($17) that's topped with a sweet & spicy house-made beef mince, sour cream and gooey cheddar cheese." - SG Asia City
