    Lightings too dim, we need to switch on our phone torchlight place order for our food. They should place a mini candle or a small table lamp.

    We had high-tea at Alley 25, while a nice view outside, i cannot recommend for high-tea as you can constantly hear frying and chopping sounds in the background. The open kitchen also means we left smelling of oil. Maybe more suitable for breakfast than afternoon tea. Food is decent, but nothing to rave about. Bingsu and the muscato are nice. Service is good, staff are polite. Hope the restaurant can review its policy of imposing a table charge($100) for 2 pax and allow us to offset against the bill instead of waiting a few weeks for refund.
