    Chef Varun Inamdar, known for his culinary prowess and a following of over a million on Instagram, brings his extensive experience to Singapore. Having cooked for global leaders like Barack Obama and Narendra Modi, his expertise is evident in every dish.

    Standout dishes include the Bhindi Jaipuri, a crispy okra appetizer sprinkled with Japanese togarashi and served with 72-hour fermented beetroot ketchup, as well as the Crabmeat Thecha Thermidor, a Singapore-exclusive that reimagines the classic French dish with Indian thecha, a chilli garlic condiment, and generous amounts of crabmeat.
