    Yokohama Ramen originated with the opening of "Yoshimura-ya" in 1974 in Shin-Sugita, Yokohama. It is famous for its rich, flavorful broth that blends Kyushu-style tonkotsu (pork bone) with Tokyo-style shoyu (soy sauce) ramen, accompanied by thick, firm noodles.
