Spanning five uniquely designed spaces, its elegant interiors – crafted by celebrated designers Matthew Shang and Paul Semple – blend modern minimalism with traditional Indian craftsmanship, echoing architectural and artistic motifs. Each visit promises a journey from royal feasts to rustic traditions.

    Highlights include Nizam's Kathi Kebabs – succulent charcoal-grilled mutton wrapped in paratha – and Rajasthani Murg ka Sula, a centuries-old barbecued chicken recipe. Vegetarian standouts feature Badal Jaam (smoked aubergine with hung yoghurt, inspired by Awadh's Nawabi royalty) and Panki, a delicate Gujarati rice pancake steamed in banana leaves with tangy chutneys.
