    The restaurant had strong odour of wood varnish throughout. The restaurant manager is non attentive during ordering, resulting in the extra pieces of order for dim sum was not presented. Waiter had to return them to kitchen, a long wait for the correct orders to be brought back. Restaurant Manager is impatient, a request for table paper serviettes was very frustrating, we were given toilet tissue . Only the foreign staff was able to bring the right table serviettes. The Chinese tea we ordered were premium but was spoilt by brewing with lukewarm water. When we asked waiter, he could not tell if it was regular or premium grade. Overall dining experience was ruined by lack of service, also due to insufficient staffing. There was a bawling child who relentlessly cried next to my table, but staff did not tell the parents to pacify and bring out the child to calm down. This further made dining ambience rather unacceptable. This is not my first time dining here, previously was good.
