    Description

    To anyone bemoaning the plethora of malls scattered around Singapore: why? The convenience is undeniable - shops, department stores, entertainment, and restaurants like The Queen & Mangosteen all under one roof.

    If you're done shopping or watching a movie at VivoCity, and craving some casual hangout time, The Queen & Mangosteen is the perfect pit stop. Despite being inspired by British pubs, reflected in design nods like brick walls and plenty of wooden features, the place is far from being a cramped joint. The clean and modern indoor seats, enormous bar, and sprawling outdoor terrace all contribute to the relaxed ambience. It's the diner to catch a game, bask in some live tunes, or wait for the 9pm fireworks that can be seen from the al fresco area daily.

    It's not all about the looks, however. The menu boasts quintessentially British dishes, albeit ones that have been given a taste lift. You'll find classics like Rack of Lamb with Rosemary Potatoes & Asparagus Mint Yoghurt & Red Wine Sauce, Scottish Haddock Fish & Chips, and The Queen's Famous Fisherman's Pie whilst bar offerings feature little twists like Truffle Crème Brulee & Chilled Prawns with Grilled Zucchini & Cherry Tomatoes - all the better to go with that pint of hand-crafted beer!
