    We have never been disappointed with the food at Supply and Demand (Novena) Food has always been consistently good. It is our favorite go-to restaurant.

    That's not what I expected. It's like ordering at a food court, but with enclosed dining. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and main entrées at the counter. They served one main, then the drinks came, followed by the appetizer, which we had to ask for, and then another main while we were eating the appetizer. One of us had to eat first so the food wouldn't get cold. To be called a restaurant, they should really improve the order in which they serve the food.

    A no frills restaurant. Good food with a selection from Asian n international cuisine (more Italian). Very much appreciated the bottle of complementary water at every table which is rare to come by at most restaurants these days. Food arrived quickly despite the crowd. Restaurant was full on a Saturday evening n noise level was high.

    Nestled in the charming heritage building which the NTU Lee Kong Chian School Of Medicine resides in. It boasts a spaciousness with its double storey glass walls, high ceilings and an amalgamation of seatings making it perfect for some me time or small gatherings.

    Menu is extensive, filled with mouthwatering Italian appetisers and mains like Burratina, Crunchy Arancini, Bruschetta Misto, freshly shucked Pacific Oysters and the satisfying Grilled Striploin.

    One must not leave without trying the Italian staples which they are mainly popular for. A vast selection of classic Italian pastas, hearty risotto dishes like the Spicy Arrabiata, Aglio Olio With Shrimps or Al Nero Di Seppia and their rustic hand-opened Italian Thin Crust Pizzas like Quattro Formaggi or Prosciutto Di Parma.

    Also available is a curated selection of Modern Asian dishes for those craving something other than Italian. Like the popular Spicy Salmon Poke, Pasta Maiale Orientale, Nagoya Furai Pizza or Japanese inspired Steak Gyudon.
