    Good food, esp the fries. A little salty but still tasted good. Beef briskets were well loved. The beer battered smoked fish was surprisingly light and good too

    Service was slow but guess it was due to CNY with limited staff. Tater Tots and fries needed some salt, but chili cheese topping was ok / good. Corn bread a bit bland and butter way too hard on top (couldn’t spread). Coleslaw was delicious. Pulled Chicken Sandwich, Pulled Pork Sandwich, Burgers all good. Sweet Carolina sauce really good. A nice reminder of US Food. Brownie with ice cream was a joke though…it was really more like a cake and the ice cream had freezer burn (ie Icy not creamy at all). Could have been better, could have been worse. We’ll probably give them another try.

    Description

    Unbeknownst to most Singaporeans, barbecue is a craft that requires passion, dedication, and practice. And at Smokey's BBQ, the down to earth, open air, go-to place for American-style ribs, that's exactly what you get. This isn't your simple poolside open brick pit with charcoal. In fact, Smokey's use a custom built smoker, imported wood from the States, and a homemade dry rub, all for that ultimate barbecue experience. Endorsed by our very own in-house token Texan, Smokey's BBQ is THE place to go for delicious ribs, beer, and an old-fashioned good time.

    The homemade sauces complement the dishes perfectly, and when coupled with the rich smoky flavour of the meat, it's impossible to resist picking the bones clean. For the perfect barbecue experience though, you'll need to wash all that meat down with some ice cold beer! There's beer on tap, imported craft beers by the bottle, and even a selection of wines from the walk-in wine cellar. Suffice to say, you won't be leaving hungry or thirsty.
