    Probably the worst experience ever. Messed our Valentines Day dinner. They made us wait for the table (we had reservations) for over 30mins after which there was no service at the table for another 30mins.. when inquired they mentioned that the service is delayed n would take another 30-45mins for the food to arrive.. so the server advised us to go elsewhere if possible.. we ended up walking out of the place without a bite or a sip at 9:30PM.. wonder why this restaurant takes reservations when they can’t offer the service..

    Service underwhelming to non existent (shortage of staff probably?) though we appreciate that Shimala tries hard and always with a smile. For the price and quality, quantity was meagre.

    Description

    Quayside Isle is home to many restaurants with a striking view, but none doling out zesty Spanish tapas like Sabio By The Sea. Inspired by the original Sabio on Duxton Hill, this Spanish tapas concept took to the sea to spoil us with a warm breeze and salty ocean air, yet keeping true to the delicious tapas we've all come to love.

    Adorned with antlered chandeliers, vividly curated paintings redolent of Joan Miró, and carefully etched tiles, Sabio By The Sea is an enchanting venue full of captivating Spanish culture and robust Spanish dishes.

    The menu, itself, is bold and intense. Conjuring up visions of matadors, evoking Iberian inspired flavours, and leaving a vibrant legacy - the plates here come to life as soon as they hit the table. The Paella Negra, a medley of seafood and squid ink, is the perfect example of what we mean. The savoury flavours come together to bring a dish you'll be craving for days to come.
