    We really enjoy the interest Omakase meal, with lots of pleasant surprises. Some of the fish though were pre-seasoned, but it does bring out the unique taste of it's own. Thank you Asst. Chef Wei Pin for his skills and patience in responding to my queries. Also appreciate Asst Chef Sam's attentive service too. Highly recommended.

    Description

    This omakase restaurant is at Tras Link Orchid Hotel. Serves high-quality Japanese delights made with ingredients imported fresh from various fish markets across Japan. Mizuya invites diners to take a seat in the restaurant’s 11-seater bar specially presented dishes crafted by experienced chefs.

    With 1 omakase course for lunch and 2 different courses for dinner. We served basic courses and premium courses for dinner to choose from, experiencing a fully authentic dining experience. We recommend going for the Mizuya courses which include three kinds of seasonal appetizers, a mouthwatering platter of seasonal premium sashimi, a cooked dish, and five pieces of Nigiri sushi and Monaka. Monaka is a Japanese wafer topping with our chef's special ingredient served alongside traditional soup and sweet dessert, this set meal is the perfect hearty feast of sashimi and sushi to reward yourselves with after a long day at work.
