Highlights include the Bak Bak Wing, a roasted chicken wing stuffed with Hainanese chicken rice and glazed with banana chili sauce, and the Ramly Duck Sliders, a gourmet take on the popular Ramly burger with duck patties, duck fat, and a fried egg. For something lighter, the Tom Kha Ceviche is a must-try, featuring scallops with chilled tom kha, Thai mangoes, beetroot zest, and ikura.
