    Have booked through Chope for 2 persons lunch, but were directed to a big room which can sit around 10. At first we thought coz not many people and that’s why we were allowed to sit there. However, after finishing our meals, the staff stated we had booked for 6 people and asked whether the rest were coming or not. We told her that we have booked for 2 through Chope, she said that her boss had indicated 6 people. She went to close off the partition. When I went to pay the bill, she pointed to me the booking paper that her boss has indicated 6 again. I showed her my Chope booking of 2 and she din offer to apologise for the misunderstanding. We left the place disappointed with the service.

    The restaurant couldn't find my reservation, so my room is not prepared. Was quite embrassing esp with my boss around me for the first time for lunch.
