Please note that Les Climats is a one-person operation, thoughtfully managed with dedication and a deep passion for fine cheese and wine. While every effort is made to honour all reservations, there may be rare instances—due to unforeseen circumstances or the limited nature of the curated offerings—when I’m are unable to do so.

In such cases, guests will be notified with a minimum of six hours’ notice.

Please also note that special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion.
