    The indoor seating was full even if we have a reservation. There weren't much staff stationed at their outdoor area even though it's a busy night. We had to wait for a long time for every single thing including water service. Food was great though but we were a bit turned off by the slow service.

    Disappointing experience overall — wouldn't recommend. The host at the front door was quite rude and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in, which already set a bad tone for the meal. The pizza was a major letdown — the bottom was completely burnt, almost charred/carbonized rather than just having the usual slight char you'd expect. On top of that, the flavor itself was pretty mediocre. Honestly, I'm not sure why some reviews here rave about how good it is. Service didn't help either — our server got several menu questions wrong when we asked for recommendations. Combined with the music being way too loud and honestly unpleasant, it made for an uncomfortable dining experience. Between the poor service, burnt food, and grating atmosphere, I can't say I'd come back or recommend this place to others.
