    Poor service and we had to wait 1 hour for our food. Staff mentioned there was lack of rice and they had to take rice from the next door. Kitchen condition was poor when we used the toilet, the food were placed on the floor and it was all dirty and wet. Will never visit this place again.

    Service is attentive, food is fine but restaurant suffers from noisy acoustics and I would advise you to sit far away from the door as it lets in a hot draught

    The rice is a bit harder than usual. Think Katanashi An has changed the type of rice grains used for serving but I prefer to older type of rice grains which is softer.
