    Crafted with the five traditional culinary techniques known as Goho (五法) - Kiru (Cut), Niru (Simmer), Yaku (Grill), Musu (Steam), Ageru (Deep-fry).

    Ichiban Jyu

    Lusciously fresh Norwegian salmon sashimi that's drizzled with sesame oil and chilli padi on a bed of sushi rice to create a uniquely unforgettable flavour.

    Ichiban Roll

    A 20cm-long crispy tiger prawn wrapped with creamy avocado, a medley of vegetables, sushi rice, and a house-special spicy sauce for a delightful kick.

    Service was very good but the downside was the sushi was not up to standard. The waitress was kind enough to help us. when we told her that it was too salty and she cancel that order for us.
