    Food and service were excellent. The snapper was exceptional and definitely was a highlight. Overall I was very impressed by the staff members' menu knowledge and level of service commitment. Feedback: could you consider seating families in a dedicated section of the restaurant; I had arranged childcare for my own kids to have a quiet celebratory meal with a friend, and was not impressed with the children running around and shouting right next to my table.

    Brought my wife here for anniversary dinner. Service was very pleasant and the waitress presented the menu with recommendations very comprehensively. The kitchen also surprised us with complimentary mocha churros for our celebration. Absolute thumbs up!

    An oyster bar and pescatarian haven, Estuary is a seafood-forward restaurant tucked in the heart of Orchard Road. Helmed by Chef Polo and Chef Gary, the chef duo whips up a wide range of inventive small plates done simply but superbly. Melding seafood and freshwater produce, Estuary boasts a selection of live oysters and dry-aged fish - the latter involving a traditional culinary technique that is used to coax stronger and more intense flavours, contributing to a firmer, more flaky textured flesh and crispy skin.

    Their menu is constantly evolving based on in-season produce from small, dedicated producers. Each dish is then brought to life with elevated techniques and superior produce.
