    My fifth visit to Eleven Strands was a disappointment, especially since it was Mother's Day celebration. The Pan Seared Pork Chop was overcooked and lacked tenderness. To make matters worse, the Tiramisu, which I've always enjoyed, was served frozen. I left feeling unsatisfied.
