    Extremely disappointed with the service level. First, the service staff forgot to place our sushi order, and we only learnt about it when we checked on our order 20 minutes later. Second, there was no service recovery about the missed order and the service staff proceeded on with their work as though nothing had happened. Considering its relatively high rating on Google, the overall experience fell short of expectations.
