    Description

    Whenever you dine at the Culinary Institute of America, Singapore (CIA SG Dining), you are helping to support the future of foodservice and hospitality. As an independent, not-for-profit college, the CIA directs its resources right back into our core mission – to provide the best professional culinary education to thousands of students each year in our degree, professional development, and food enthusiast programs.

    The students who will prepare and serve your meals are fulfilling their degree requirements for a Bachelor in Business Administration in Food Business Management at the CIA.

    From November to July, we operate our CIA Self Service Dining Series, where our students progress through their culinary journey cooking up a variety of different menu types and cuisines, which are served to diners in classrooms.

    These students then move on to the CIA Top Table Restaurant, where they will hone their skills both in the restaurant’s kitchens and in the dining room, operating a Contemporary Italian Dining concept in August-September and a Formal French Dining concept in October-November.

    When you dine with us, we encourage you to engage our students in conversation, ask them about their education experience, and provide any useful feedback that can help them improve their performance and your overall dining experience. (Feb 2024)
