As a self-proclaimed European street food and coffee joint, Brio offers a huge array of cuisine whipped up with the freshest ingredients, from hearty risottos, delightful pizzas and pasta, to succulent grills.

    One look at the menu and diners are bound to be spoilt for choice. The Seafood Cataplana Linguine instantly catches the eye and for good reason, featuring a classic Portuguese seafood stew seasoned with a dizzying trio of oregano, thyme, and basil. The 36-hour Oxtail Risotto is another crowd favourite, where a slow-braised, succulent oxtail meat is placed on top a gorgeous bed of risotto. Looking for something to go with your food? The incredible milkshakes such as the Matcha Vanilla and the Salted Caramel Milkshake will not disappoint either.
