    Description

    Founded by entrepreneur Nidhi Arora, Benaras brings the flavours of India to Holland Village, with a menu created by Indian chefs with experience in five-star kitchens across the country. Expect richly spiced curries, biryanis, tandoori dishes and vegetarian specialities, made with natural ingredients, no artificial colours or additives, and up to 80 percent less oil.

    Diners have singled out the bold flavours, with the mutton vindaloo, chicken dishes and masala tea among the favourites. The colourful interiors and warm hospitality round out the experience, while affordable weekday set lunches add to its appeal.
