    The waitress delivered the tomyum soup and I asked her to scoop into small bowl as there is 12 of us. The waitress then replied: we don't do this, please do it yourself. I then questioned her if there is service charge, she just repeatedly told me they don't do this service ask us to serve ourselves. The other waitress saw it and immediately came and served us. I was really frustrated with the response given by first waitress. You charged us 10% service fee and asked us to serve ourselves?! Other waitress and waiters are ok as they are responsive to our request.
