    The food and service for the JEM outlet was excellent. However, there was insufficient tables for 5 pax, and we had to sit at the booth table for 4 pax, with an additional chair at the side of the table. As we were seated next to the door, there was 3 times when the glass door in swung (though it could have been pulled) and hit the chair sitting at the side of the table, starling the pax seated there. this was both by staff of the restaurant and patrons rushing from the outside sitting into the main indoor sitting. what I would suggest is to ensure that the door that is located closer to the booth be locked, avoiding the glass door hitting into potential people sitting there. the door is a double door; thus people will still be able to enter the indoor sitting area from the outdoor seating area.

    Offering a fine selection of Japanese and Australian wagyu, Aburi-EN specialises in “aburi”, partially grilled meat. The pride and joy of the restaurant, its A4/A5 Miyazaki wagyu has consecutively clinched Japan’s “National Wagyu Award” three times.

    Harvested from carefully selected pigs which enjoy a natural diet of chestnuts and other nutritious food, the restaurant’s Buta Don bowls feature hearty servings of tender juicy meat with a sweet nuance. Pop by during lunch to enjoy a bowl of Premium Buta Don with a mini bowl of asari miso soup and pickles. Alternatively, choose to add on a healthy bowl of greens or an Okinawa Onsen Egg to compliment your meal!

    Satisfy your carnivorous cravings with the Wagyu Stamina Don. Topped with a beautiful Okinawa egg, this don is a tasty mix of grilled miyazaki, Australian wagyu and mixed vegetables.
