    VUE is a rooftop bar and grill that specialises in binchotan-grilled meats and seafood, and is home to Singapore's first outdoor spritz bar. Situated on the penthouse level of OUE Bayfront, it boasts unparalleled views of Marina Bay and the iconic Singapore skyline.

    With executive chef Sam Chin setting the pace on the culinary front, you can expect fusion dishes that showcase flavours of ingredients at the peak of their freshness.

    Start your dining experience with a few pre-dinner cocktails and canapés at the bar. The Aperol Spritz is sure to please cocktail purists, but if you're in the mood for something unique, there's a range of house creations to choose from. The Speyside Buck, with Monkey Shoulder scotch, mint, cucumber, and ginger ale, provides a refreshing kick while the Kaiser Goblet, made with Riesling, peach liqueur, whisky and soda, lends fruity notes.

    From the dinner menu, pick from the selection of premium charcuterie, cheese, seafood, grilled meat, and more. Be sure to try the restaurant's speciality: Binchotan-grilled A5 Emperor "Kokuou" Black Wagyu.
