    Combining past and present culinary influences on the plate, Chefs presenting a repertoire of dishes that celebrates classic Basque and Spanish flavors. Inspired by the bold culinary traditions of the Basque region, Sugarra bring the heat of openfire cooking to the heart of every dish. Chefs marry authentic signature ingredients from the Basque region, extracting wholesome and robust flavors through modern cooking techniques cooked on the traditional Basque Charcoal Grill.

    All our ingredients are of premium quality, freshness and sourced sustainably and in support of regional and local farmers where possible.
