    Having been here several times previously, we decided to treat our son and daughter-in-law to a meal here to celebrate their wedding anniversary. Whilst the evening was very good, and as we expected, I had hoped that having advised that this was a special celebration, some recognition of this might have been provided, but no. Nonetheless, we all enjoyed the meal and the evening at Silk.

    Client régulier de ce restaurant d’hôtel et habitant Phuket depuis plus de10 ans, j’ai eu l’occasion de l’apprécier, tant pour ton service et sa cuisine. Malheureusement, j’ai réservé via le site de réservation Chope une table, en demandant expressément une table calme, loin de groups et de familles. Non seulement la réceptionniste n’a pas trouvé notre réservation, mais personne n’a tenu compte de notre demande de calme et nous nous sommes retrouvés au milieu d’un cirque américain de musique country , certes de qualité mais beaucoup trop bruyante ( impossible de tenir une conversation ) et d’offre de viande. Il aurait été aisé et pour le moins professionnel de nous appeler pour nous prévenir, cet « événement » n’étant mentionné nulle part. Dommage, nous ne reviendrons plus dans ce restaurant, pourtant supervisé par un directeur Suisse qui avait fait ses preuves.

    We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and It could not have been better. Staff went over and above to ensure our enjoyment. Food was delicious and we were entertained by a wonderful duet. They even surprised us with a beautiful cake and shuttle bus home. Highly recommend this fabulous restaurant. Thank you
