      Popular with guests of the Absolute Resorts & Hotels as well as locals and tourists, Blue Mango Bar & Grill serves up mouthwatering dishes which utilize the finest, freshest ingredients. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Blue Mango delivers consistent dishes of superb quality. Some of our favourite menu suggestions include Beetroot Risotto with almonds and goat cheese, Seafood risotto with locally sourced seafood and Chef Riccardo’s special Porchetta with sweet potato and an almond barley salad. An outstanding Thai dish available to try at Blue Mango is the delicious Massaman Lamb Shank.
