Experience Penne Italian Home Cook llocated in the heart of Phuket town, Owner of Penne Italian Home Cook“ Chef Oil ” Napapat, is a Head Chef-turned-restuaranteur. From Phuket to Bangkok, She journeyed to BKK to pursue her dream as a chef and graduated from Le cordon bleu Dusit Cuilinary. Right after graduation, she worked in many famous restaurants in Bangkok, including Jamie Oliver, Morimoto and Bunker Sathorn. She also has knowledgeable about wine spirits and received certificate of wine studies. Chef Oil then decided to return to Phuket become Head Chef at Chalongbay bar in 2018 where she crafted the menu from scratch.
Penne Italian Home Cook, where Authentic Thai meets Modern fusion cuisine (Contemporary fusion food), beside getting to savour authentic Thai cuisine. there is also Italian food with a Thai touch, such as Fusilli Khao-Soi (Laksa), Foie-gars dumpling, Pork-chop with Bussels sprout & Pumpkin puree.
