DINING TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1. Traffic and Arrival: Please consider potential heavy traffic when traveling to our location. Your table will be held for 20 minutes beyond your reservation time. However, late arrivals may necessitate allocation to the next available table at a slightly later time.
2. Group Presence: To commence the dining experience, the presence of all booked individuals is required.
3. Reservation Alterations: While understanding the occasional need to postpone a reservation, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Every effort will be made to accommodate such requests. Bookings with an advance deposit will be moved to another date.
4.Corkage Policy: External liquor purchased elsewhere is not permitted for consumption within 3 Uncles and a Barman & Maska – Indian Eatery.
5. Advance Deposit - The advance deposit represents a minimum spend and is non-refundable in the event of a no-show or same-day cancellation. However, we are happy to reschedule your booking to an alternative date, with the deposit remaining non-refundable.
6. Young Diners – Young Diners accompanying the adults are also subject to an advance deposit. The advance deposit would be deducted from the final bill amount on the date of dining.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
