Chope Diner FAQ


Every reservation you make through Chope earns you 100 Chope-Dollars. We also run various promotions that might reward you with more! Besides the loyalty points, you also have access to tons of exclusive deals from our partner restaurants.

Chope-Dollars are essentially loyalty points; they are our way of rewarding users who book through Chope. To start collecting Chope-Dollars, simply make a reservation via the Chope website ( or the Chope mobile app (, complete your meal, and, within 72 hours, the Chope-Dollars will be credited to your account.

Rack up Chope-Dollars and, once you hit 400 and above, start redeeming them for discount vouchers worth Rp 100,000 or more at an exclusive list of restaurants. Don’t have an account yet? Sign up for free here and earn 100 Chope-Dollars immediately. The 100 Chope-Dollars will be credited to your account within 72 hours of account activation.

Yes! Any reservations you made after 5 Feb 2016 would have earned you Chope-Dollars once the reservation was fulfilled. These Chope-Dollars would have been tagged to the email address you used to make bookings. Once you have successfully registered for a Chope account with that same email address, all accumulated Chope-Dollars would then be credited to your account.   

You will need to login to your Chope account to get the referral link. Your referral link can be found under Your Profile and and under the tab “Refer New Diner, Earn $”. Share this referral link with your close ones so that they can enjoy using Chope as well! Please note that your referees must sign up for a new Chope account with the referral link you had provided them.

New diners (referee) will receive a total of 300 Chope-Dollars (200 Chope-Dollars from the referrer and 100 Chope-Dollars from the reservation) when the first reservation is fulfilled. Reservations must be made via the Chope app or and Chope-Dollars are credited within 72 hours from the date of dining. The referrer will only receive the 300 Chope-Dollars after the referee has been credited with the Chope-Dollars.


To cancel/edit your reservation, follow the link in your confirmation email. You will need your Reservation Confirmation ID and phone number to login and access the details of your reservation. Alternatively, you can follow the link here.

Some of our restaurant partners have opted for this feature as a way to remind diners of their upcoming reservation at their restaurant. This frees up their time and allows them to provide better service to seated guests. Kindly follow the instructions in the call or sms, your acknowledgement helps them prepare for your arrival or cancellation.

Yes, you can! Chope is available in the following cities - Bali, Jakarta, Bangkok, Phuket, Hong Kong & Singapore. You will still earn Chope-Dollars for making reservations at any partner restaurants in these cities.

Yes, you may but the reservations have to be at least 1 hour and 30 minutes apart from one another.

Definitely! However, kindly get your friend to inform the restaurant that the reservation was made under your name.

Each restaurant on Chope submits their agreed Online Total Capacity to Chope. This Online Total Capacity dictates how many diners will be allowed to make a reservation via Chope. Once the Online Total Capacity is reached, Chope online reservation for the restaurant will be automatically closed. Online Total Capacity is not reflective of the restaurant’s actual total seating capacity. In situations like this, we would recommend to contact the restaurant directly to make the reservation.

Chope only offers 24/7 online reservation services. We do not provide reservation services via phone calls, emails, text, Facebook messenger, etc.


Unfortunately, no. Only restaurants that sign up for our Chope-Dollars redemption Program will have vouchers available for redemption. To view your options, please visit the redemption form.

Yes. Chope–Dollars are a global currency across all Chope cities. We welcome you to redeem your Chope-Dollars for any of our participating restaurants in any city except for Phuket. See the redemption form for the full list. Please note that restaurants do not accept Chope Vouchers on the eve of and on Public Holidays.

KrisFlyer miles will be credited to the diner's KrisFlyer account within 15 working days from the date of submission. Please note that only KrisFlyer members can redeem for KrisFlyer miles. You are required to provide your surname, forename and KrisFlyer Membership number as per your KrisFlyer account. Successful redemption of Chope-Dollars to KrisFlyer miles by diners are non-refundable and non-reversible by Chope.

A KrisFlyer membership is strictly personal and only for use by the member. It cannot be transferred, sold or bartered. Pooling of miles is not permitted and each KrisFlyer membership can only be utilised by one person. Limited to one redemption per month for each KrisFlyer member. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to cancel a KrisFlyer account and all miles in it if it is found to be used by more than one person. Chope reserves the right to change these T&Cs at any time without prior notice. Diners are responsible for any delays caused by the submission of inaccurate details. Successful redemption of Chope-Dollars to KrisFlyer miles by diners are non-refundable and non-reversible by Chope.
