      Description

With an emphasis on enhancing the best flavours of each ingredient, Ponzu Omakase offers a dining experience like no other. Feast with your eyes and senses here as their master chefs grill, fillet and prepare your courses before your very eyes.

A seasonal menu that revolves around the best ingredients sourced locally and imported fresh from Japan, enjoy unique dishes that incorporate the best of Uni. From uni served on nutty brown rice sushi to uni with caviar, enjoy a feast of rich flavours of the ocean with every course.

Utilising cooking techniques that elevate each course to the next level, look out for tender, juicy sea bass served skewered and ‘fried’ to crispy perfection. Piping hot oil is poured over the juicy morsels to slow cook it, slowly the fish skin to crisp nicely without overcooking the meat. Served with a housemade sauce, this unique technique creates a dish that pays attention to textures and flavours.

For dessert, enjoy their Honey Butter Cake served with a side of chocolate mousse to balance out the sweet flavours. A delectable dessert that is light and delectable for that perfect sweet ending to your dining experience here.
