    The chef prepare all the food with fresh caught fish, not frozen one, make the whole meal fresh and delicious! He mixed hot dishes with cold dishes, such sashimi and tempura make your tongue filled with feature! One of the best omakase I have in these years! Price-wise, it worth the money we paid for! I will definitely come again if I come to Bangkok in future!, the location of the restaurant is very continent, it’s Erawan mall which is connected to Grand Hyatt Erawan and next to Erawan shine!

He trained in the intricate art of kaiseki cuisine in Japan and honed his skills on a luxury cruise ship, traveling the world. In Italy, he mastered Italian cuisine and earned a prestigious sommelier qualification.

    Returning to Japan, he worked at a historic sushi restaurant in Tokyo, creating innovative sushi and wine pairings that earned him top honors on Tabelog. Seeking new adventures, Chef Hasegawa moved to Thailand, working at renowned establishments like "Sushi Kanda" in Bangkok and "Sushi Hasegawa" in Thonglor.
