      Description

      The idea behind Fat Lamb began with Chef Yakub’s desire to make Fat Lamb a gathering spot to meet and socialize among friends, families, and your important guests with an uplifting and upbeat atmosphere experienced through each dish of Mediterranean - American Twist, which is the chef’s very own unique style.

      Since the chef graduated in Culinary Arts from Kendal College Chicago USA, his style is therefore quite American. However, he also takes great pleasure in the naturally healthy food of the Mediterranean with all of its flavors and healthful ingredients. The chef has worked in top hotels and restaurants as well as Michelin-American-Mediterranean restaurants in Chicago before, an area of his expertise and preference. He planned that, when the time is right, he would go on a food tour to taste all the local Mediterranean dishes in order to truly understand the food, culture, and people in this area. (January 2019)
