    The restaurant did not inform people upfront that they are out of salmon sashimi. We were only told at the last minute that they would not be able to serve any salmon sashimi. The tuna tataki was really bad. Other than that, the snapper sashimi and tuna sashimi were good. The cooked salmon was average. They were generous with the cuts of sashimi and portions of cooked dishes. Service was good. But I saw the chefs handling the cutting of sashimi & sushi not wearing glove on the hand that held the sashimi & sushi, which was disgusting!
