Reservation Terms & Conditions

Please note if the date and/or the time is not displayed, it means it is not available for booking

Dining Duration
- Enjoy your dining experience within a 3-hour limit from the agreed reservation time.

Deposit Payment and Menu List
- A deposit payment (DP) and menu list are required to secure your reservation (applicable for VIP Rooms and/or reservations for more than 10 pax).
- The deposit will automatically be deducted from your total bill.
- Wheels Team will contact you no later then a day before to process the deposit payment and finalise the menu selection.

Punctuality
- Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice to Wheels Team, our system will automatically release your table for other guests.

Table Arrangement
- Tables will be adjusted according to the number of pax and area preferences (smoking & non-smoking).
- Special table requests cannot be accommodated, except for VIP Rooms.

Table Change Requests
- For the comfort of all guests, requests to change tables cannot be fulfilled.

Please ensure you understand these terms before making a reservation. Notify the team promptly if there are changes to your arrival time.
