    Overall, the food was genuinely good and the service was perfectly fine — nothing disappointing at all. However, one small detail ended up leaving a bad impression. From the beginning, when I asked for balsamic reduction, there was already a hesitation to serve it. We were a table of nine, ordered around 1 kg of steak, along with six pastas and several appetizers — so it wasn’t exactly a small order. When we asked again for the balsamic reduction, we were told, “this is the last drip, we’re out.” Which honestly felt a bit odd — an Italian restaurant running out of a basic balsamic reduction? It didn’t quite add up. It’s a pity, really. Everything else was enjoyable, but something so minor ended up affecting the whole experience. Sometimes it really is the smallest detail that makes the difference.
