    The food and service were good! My only concern is the cleanliness of the sofa, maybe need some changes for the sofa fabrics? Overall the sofa experience was amazing 👍

    Description

    A Mediterranean and Middle-Eastern-Inspired restaurant where they share, dip, and play around with their food. Their dishes are divided into small and large plates, with no waiting sequence in mind.

    They pride ourselves in their house-made ingredients, taking hours and days to prep their pita bread, labneh (strained yogurt) and especially their proteins. Their lamb chops are marinated for 48 hours before cooking, the roast chicken goes through a 3-day cooking process, and even their beef cheek are soaked for 12 hours before grilling.

    They also aim to use as many local ingredients as possible and are constantly on the search for new and interesting ways of processing them.

    They hope everyone who dines at Salted Olive feels the love, passion and thought put into every single component of their dishes, down to the last bit garnish.
