Variasi dan rasa menu buffet Sailendra menurun jauh. Sudah tidak ada stall menu favorit sop buntut, bebek. Menu udang, kerangnya tidak dalam keadaan fresh yg terbaik. Kulit dan isi somay di bag dimsum, keras. Sushi2nya tidak sesuai dengan standard hotel bintang 5. Sashimi tidak tersedia saat lunch time. Cukup puas justru dari ice cream, teh tawar, infuse water. Pelayanan oleh waiters dan penjaga stall, baik. Ambience baik. Tq
