House rules:
- Minimum spending for regular rooms 6 pax: Rp 1,000,000++ (apply for Dinner during Ramadan)
- Minimum spending for regular rooms 8 pax: Rp 1,500,000++ (apply for Dinner during Ramadan)
- Reservation for karaoke room and more than 6 pax with minimum spending required. PLEASE CONTACT THE RESTAURANT TO CHECK ROOM AVAILABILITY.
- Chope reservation is available for the NON KARAOKE ROOM room (capacity 2-6 pax) & KARAOKE ROOM (capacity max 8 pax, limited room available). Please contact the restaurant to check room availability.
- Reservation for Karaoke Room is subject to a 50% downpayment from a Minimum Charge of Rp 2,000,000++ and has to be paid within 2 (two) hours from the time restaurant team reaches you. Failing to complete the downpayment will lead to cancellation of your reservation.
- Restaurant last order time is at 10pm. Please contact the restaurant to make an order shall your reservation time will exceed the last order timings.
- Only bottles from outside of Chanba's Wine/Sake/Spirits list or currently unavailable that are allowed to be brought. Corkage fee applies.
- Corkage fee: Rp 250,000++/L for Wine/Sake and Rp 500,000++/L for Spirits.
- You are able to edit your reservation up to 24 hours before your reservation timings. Any changes less than 24 hours should be communicated to the restaurant team directly
- Restaurant will only hold your table for 15 minutes. The restaurant has the right to release your table if you fail to attend within that time frame.
- Seating time/ dining time/ room usage is limited to 2 hours.
- For baby chair(s) requests, please put them under the special request box.
- No pets allowed.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
