Down Payment (DP): A down payment of IDR 500,000 is required. Please send the proof of transfer and include your name.

Cancellations & Refunds: * Cancellations made 3 days prior (H-3) to the reservation date are eligible for a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 1 day prior (H-1) will receive a 50% refund.

Weekend Reservations: A down payment of IDR 500,000 is mandatory for all weekend bookings.

Weekday Reservations: A down payment is only required for weekday bookings if you pre-order the menu in advance via WhatsApp.

Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend and wish to reschedule, please inform us at least 1 day prior (H-1).

Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for lateness. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes, your table will be released to other guests.

Dining Duration: The maximum duration per seating/table usage is 2 hours.

Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your reservation.

Outside Food & Drinks: Guests are kindly requested not to bring outside food and beverages.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
