    Worst dining experience I have ever had in a very long time. First, I googled about this place and read so many good reviews. I tried to call a few times to make a reservation but no answer so I made a reservation online. When my husband and I arrived to the actual restaurant, it is under renovation which is not mentioned on the site. They moved the restaurant to the 2nd floor of the hotel. It was empty at 7:30pm and there is no decoration or anything only plain chair and table, we should have left at that time but we gave a chance since the reviews about their food are good. We ordered tenderloin and ribeye steak that cost around 190,000 rupiahs for each meal and It took forever for our steak to be served. When the meal finally served, they were cold (the french fries and mix vegetables were literally cold) and the steak were just warm and welldone which we ordered them medium well. My husband asked for ketchup (saus tomat) and the server said they run out of saus tomat! Unbelievable
