    I reserved and confirmed and arrived before 10. I understand that they have not opened yet before 10 but as I got reservation for 7 people and it was for business meeting, I was hoping I could come earlier to prepare for things but the security was being very rigid and did not allow me to enter at all. Even did not offer me to wait inside or a chair for me to sit outside. When my foreign colleague they just let us in. What is this difference in treatment?
