Hokkaido Izakaya has many fresh variety menu such as Sashimi and Oyster, other gourmet must try is Robatayaki, Salmon Milk Hot Spot, and wide selection of Sushi. Hokkaido Izakaya also have an extensive list of beverages including wines, sakes, and beers that guest may pair dishes up with an authentic Hokkaido taste.

The set menu comprises of restaurant's Signature Soba that is handmade in the restaurant from 100% buckwheat flour imported from Hokkaido. While also serving signature soba, Hokkaido Izakaya has variety of set menu such as Donburi and Teishoku.
