    Overall a good impression of the restaurant. Front of house service was good, food came out a bit slower than expected but wasn't a big deal, ambiance was cosy and allowed for conversation at the table, taste wise everything was tasty but there was a misstep when a crispy duck dish was served with chicken (but there was a recovery attempt by the restaurant offering a piece of duck in addition to the chicken already served).

    GIOI Senopati has always been my favorite. But it seems the quality of service has deteriorated since I last visited. The service was generally slow despite a not-so-crowded night. Waiters did not pay attention to customers, took wrong orders, and didn't bring a bill for almost an hour. No staff was there to see us off when we left. No word of good night or thank you. What a disappointing service. Btw the menu is hard to read - tiny font and the binder on the left edge covers the left side of the text. I miss good old days of GIOI🥲 Felt so sad when my guest of the night said he would not come back to the restaurant after so many disappointing moments.
