ESA Restaurant (SCBD Park)

Please note that this reservation requires a pre-payment of Rp 350,000 per pax to confirm. The amount is not refundable and will be deducted from your final bill on Food and Beverage.

Dietary Policy:
At ESA, we aim to accommodate various dietary restrictions, however, there are limitations to what can be offered. Below are restrictions and allergies that we cannot accommodate:
1. Kosher
2. Complete gluten-free 
3. Complete tree-nut-free (e.g almond, cashew, hazelnut, macadamia, pistachio, walnut, candlenut, pine nut)
4. Complete legume-free (e.g soybean, peanuts, peas, chickpeas)
5. Plant-based / vegan
6. Other highly specialized restrictions
7. Complete dairy-free (e.g milk, cream, butter, yogurt, cheese)
8. Pescatarian

Please note that the restaurant cannot accommodate Halal requests.

Guests with dietary restrictions or allergies are kindly requested to inform and communicate with the restaurant before making a reservation.

Failure to communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies before making a reservation will be the responsibility of the guest.

Keep in mind that the dinner will be in a set menu format.

Cancellation Policy:
- If you cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your dinner time, we'll hold onto your deposit for 30 days. You can reschedule your reservation within this period, or deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee.
- For no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation, the restaurant will charge a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the deposit per person.

Refund Policy:
- Please note that the down payment is non-refundable, except in cases of force majeure (unforeseeable circumstances beyond your control).

Late Arrival:
- Be mindful of heavy traffic around the location and plan your journey accordingly to ensure you arrive on time.
- We'll hold your table for 30 minutes past your reservation time. Please arrive promptly to avoid losing your reservation.

Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability and restaurant discretion. Notes stating an alternative timing or party-size will not be accommodated.
