    Reservasi saya tidak tercatat, padahal sy sudah terkonfirmasi dan meja yg sy pesan di pakai orang lain. Mengecewakan dan menyakitkan. Harusnya petugas yg menangani reservasi di ganti saja.

    El Profesor is a beautiful space, and the service was helpful. Food was OK, but weird. My husband wanted a steak, and the one he ordered was fine. The chimichurri with it he said was good. He liked it better than the black pepper sauce. The "mashed potatoes" that came with it were cold and mixed with something so it was more like a cold mashed potato salad. It was unexpected. We also ordered the Fattoush salad. The menu didn't say anything about it having meat, so we thought it would be only vegetables. However, it had some kind of meat on it (maybe shrimp)? It was unappetizing. It also had huge stalks of watercress that were difficult to eat, and giant pieces of raw onion, which were unpalatable. Basically, it looked like someone just threw whatever they had in the kitchen on a salad. My grilled salmon was good, but came with pale sauce (thankfully on the side) I didn't ask for that looked terrible and old and did not taste nice. Lastly, the cocktails were too sweet. We won't be back.

As for non-meat-eaters, El Profesor offers a selection of Mediterranean Salads, Seafood Pasta, Mac & Cheese Parmigiano, and choices of Indonesian Fried Rice. Drinks are prepared by the baristas, offering a variety of beverages, from signature cocktails to specialty coffee by Javanegra.
