This was my second visit to Amuz. My first visit was all 5 stars. However, this visit was quite disappointing. My colleague joined me on both occasions. This visit we were both highly disappointed. The waitress was not knowledgeable of the menu. This visit we had three in the group. One of the colleagues ordered orange juice and it did not arrive until a very long time later, we reminded and it was finally delivered. Also, we asked for fresh warm bread and butter, again, it did not arrive. Again, we asked and finally received. We wanted to order exactly as we had ordered our first visit and explained to the waitress, scallops and asparagus, however, we did not know their is a difference in the lunch and dinner for the same items. Our reservations were for 7 pm, not lunch, however, we received the lunch preparation, not dinner. Very disappointing experience. Including the final entree.

Attentive service required at AMUZ! We ordered 8 courses degustation, never been asked whether I need pepper on my dish, isn’t this basic 101? Overall staffs were not attentive on our table, they were rather busy to talk to each other in a loud voice. BTW we are the only table tonight.. maybe PIC was not working tonight, it was quite disappointed visit!
