Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta presents One Thousand Miles: Italia del Nord, a year-long tribute to beloved pasta dishes and other Italian favourites at Alto Restaurant and Bar. Inspired by Mille Miglia, the legendary race that once swept through Italy’s countryside, this culinary voyage invites guests to explore the rich heritage of the five northern provinces, from the sun-drenched western coast of Liguria to the elegant eastern waterways of Veneto. Over the course of this year, Alto will showcase around 20 varieties of pasta from Italy, some of them rarely seen outside the country.
